JH Band night Oct. 14

Students will meet at Consolidated HS in the Band hall or cafeteria starting at 6:00pm.  The band will march in through the gates behind the HS band at 6:30.  Once in the stadium we will sit with the HS band.  The JH band will play pep tunes in the stands and watch the bands at halftime.  All students are responsible for getting their own instruments to the stadium and home again!

At the end of the game we will walk across the street to the Cafeteria where parents can pick up their child.

We will need chaperones for this event.  Parents not chaperoning will need to buy a ticket to get into the game.

Tuesday CSMS vs. AMCMS

Just a reminder about Tuesday.

The CSMS bands will perform at the pep rally at CSMS.  After school is out students should make their way to TIGER stadium.  We will regroup there at 4:30.

Things kids might need:  Instrument, Lyre, Flip folder (or music on card stock)

IF you don’t have your music memorized, you WILL want to have a lyre and/or a flip folder.  At the very least put your music on card stock.  This will enable you to view your music easier.  Card Stock is available at the band hall.

Hopefully our band t-shirts will be ready just in time to hand them out for the pep rally and the football game.

We will dismiss @7:00 or shortly after half time of the second game
